According to the claim of a hacker group, Yemeksepeti , which was hacked in the past days and the information of its 60 million users was seized, confirmed the ransom demand in its statement on November 16, but it was stated that there was no data breach. Hackers, on the other hand, shared the information of 20 thousand users publicly, after Yemeksepeti sued the journalists the other day .

However, this shared information has already started to be used by some people to reach the information owners and disturb them . While the data of 20 thousand people shared by hackers is now opening the door to all kinds of attacks against them and the seized data is added to its library, a new statement came from the hackers last night.

They reached the new CEO, but did not receive a response:

Hackers stated that they tried to follow the approaches of some people about the leak in their statements and stated that they see that there are still misunderstandings . Expressing that there are those who say that rival companies hire them, the hackers said that they do not care about Yemeksepeti or any distribution company.

On the other hand, they announced that they were waiting for the payment of the money they demanded from Yemeksepeti, and that they promised that if they paid all the data would be destroyed along with their copies . They also announced that they did not want to share the information of 20 thousand users, but that they had warned the managers of Yemeksepeti many times and that they shared it because they thought they were bluffing.

Hackers said that they warned the new CEO of Yemeksepeti, Mert Baki, but he did not respond. The hackers, who threatened to reveal the information of celebrities the other day, said that they did not want to do this, that the amount they demanded was a ridiculous amount for this type of data. In addition, expressed that they are still keeping their potential buyers waiting. Finally, some people using the data were warned:

“These sick American men should stop texting women on the pretext of helping women on WhatsApp”

NOTE: This statement was shared before KVKK started an investigation.
