One of the issues that has been on the agenda most recently was the fact that the students still could not find a place to stay in the city where they were going to study, due to the rising rents of the universities and the limited number of KYK yurdollarsars. Private yurdollarsar is also expensive, so many students were confused about where to go. Although there is still no solution to the livability of the Yurdollarsars and the student capacity they can host, as well as the opportunistic hosts; some small organizations or governorships do their best to help.
One of them is Ordu Governorship. According to the statement made by the governorship, students who cannot find suitable rental houses and cannot win KYK dormitories, will be able to stay in hotels in Ordu until another place to stay is found.
Hotels will open their doors until a new place is found
Days before the opening of the schools, the rush of university students to find a place to stay also ignited. While KYK dormitories were not available to many students, in some regions there was no place even in private dormitories. One of those who extended a helping hand to the students who were confused about what to do was Ordu Governor Tuncay Sonel. According to Sonel’s statements, the city he will be studying is Ordu and students who have not yet found a place to stay will be able to stay at the hotels in the city until they find a place.
Stating that there is an influx of students to many cities with the reopening of universities after a long time, Governor Sonel continued the good news he gave to those who will study in Ordu with the following words:
“We, as the Governorship of Ordu, have made an agreement with our hotels, we are trying to host our students. Our students are welcomed at our Open Door office located right at the entrance of our governor’s office. Students who cannot find a dorm or a house are hosted in our hotels. Dinner is served to them. The compassion and mercy of our state are shown to our young brothers. They are our guests. Until they leave the dormitory or find a house, they spend their time as guests of our Governor’s Office in a clean and healthy environment suitable for the epidemic. “
