Pixelmator Pro has introduced a brand new update to its users. The Pixelmator Pro 2.3.4 update introduces Motion export capabilities, allowing users to create compositions within the app and then easily export them to motion-doll graphics for video.
Motion is used in Apple Final Cut Pro to create titles and transitions for use in movies. New integration with Pixelmator Pro lets you create illustrations and assets that can be used directly as Motion objects.
This update also provides much richer support for SVG files. Pixelmator Pro can convert this directly to Motion export, which can significantly speed up the workflow of vector designers for their video graphics work. Motion support also includes image masks, text along a path, non-destructive Gaussian blurs, natural drop shadows, and more.
SVG import and export has also been overhauled over the standard Pixelmator Pro experience. The company announced that they now have 4x better compatibility with SVG target test suites.
Let us remind you that Pixelmator Photo application for iPhone has been released recently.
