Cooler Master is mainly known for its products for PC gamers and overclocking enthusiasts. However, the hardware maker has recently released a case that may be of interest to Raspberry Pi users.
Quietly on sale, Pi Case 40 V2 is a passively cooled mini PC case made of aluminum for Raspberry Pi 4 Model B. Measuring 96×68.2×28.58 mm (including protrusions), the Pi Case 40 V2 is built to provide access to the Raspberry Pi 4’s SD card slot, display output, camera, audio, GPIO, and side I/O interfaces.
This custom-built case also comes with Cooler Master software for hardware monitoring and overclocking. The Pi Case 40 V2 has gray/black color by default. In addition, you can 3D print the top of the case in any color you want.
Cooler Master’s Pi Case 40 V2 case is currently on sale in Europe and Taiwan for around $17.
