Lexar, a popular brand with its flash memory and memory card products, introduced the Blaze SL660, the new series of portable gaming SSDs. Measuring 112.6mm x 57.4mm x 10.6mm (LxWxH) and weighing 80g, the drivers feature an ARGB LED illumination and a unique asymmetrical design. The SSDs take advantage of the 20 Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 interface and promise sequential read speeds of up to 2,000 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 1,900 MB/s.
The series has two different capacity options. These are 512GB and 1TB models. SSDs also include a Type-C connection and are connected to computers or consoles with the Type-C to Type-A cable that comes out of the box.
Along with the SSDs, a plastic stand that allows you to place them on your desk and a faux leather case to help you organize your belongings are also gifted.
Finally, let’s mention that the company does not disclose any pricing information, but backs these discs with a 5-year warranty.
