According to the statement made by the Koblenz High State Court, 38-year-old Gökmen Ç. He was sentenced to “membership of a foreign terrorist organization”.
The court ruled that it was proven that Gömen Ç had assumed the so-called regional responsibilities of the terrorist organization’s Saarbrücken, Frankfurt and Hessen regions between 2017-2019.
It was also announced that Gökmen Ç was responsible for transferring approximately 500,000 Euros to the organization from April 2018 to mid-June 2019.
Gökmen Ç, who was detained by the Federal Police at the train station at Frankfurt Airport last year. was sued by the Federal Attorney General’s Office in the Koblenz State Supreme Court.
