The Russian Ministry of Mass Communication and Digital Development is preparing to impose tax obligations on Russian bloggers who make money on foreign social networks.
The ministry prepared the bill and presented it to the Duma, the lower house of the Russian parliament.
According to the bill, Russian bloggers; will tax on income from foreign social networks such as Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Thanks to the application, it aims to provide additional income to the budget.
