Evan Blass, famous for its consistent spills, shared the design of Alcatel’s new flagship Alcatel 5, a Chinese smartphone maker.
CES 2018 is a great opportunity for smartphone makers to get started quickly and to showcase their new products in the biggest stages. We do not yet know if Alcatel’s new flagship will be introduced at CES 2018 but Evan Blass, known for his specks, has shared the design of the new Alcatel flagship with his Twitter account.
According to Blass’s view, Alcatel 5 exemplifies the 3-side frameless smartphone design that we are familiar with from the Xiaomi Mi Mix series. The difference is that; Unlike other smartphone makers, Alcatel 5 is destroying the top frame, not the bottom frame. Thus, while the standard frames we see in the years we have passed on the screen have an extremely thin frame on the underside.
Alcatel 5 has an 18: 9 screen format, adhering to the trends of flagship ships. The only thing we can criticize the front of the device is that the frame on top of the screen has an unusual thickness. Apart from that, when we look at the device we see that we have a single camera. Just behind the rear camera is a dual tone LED flash and fingerprint scanner.
As a result, Alcatel 5 could be a smartphone in the eye of consumers if they do not go out on a hover. Of course, technical features will play an important role as well as the design of this device. Nevertheless, Alcatel 5, shared by the Evan B class, is at least capable of making positive comments in the sense of design.
