A Japanese author, Kakeibo, a traditional budget calculation method, has published a book that combines with successful designs. The book aims to modernize and spread the method used since 1904.
We all want to spend our money in a planned way, but this is often not possible and we are exceeding our limits. Nowadays we will build our phones with simple budget planning applications and it is very simple to control and put an order. the Japanese people were using a simple method of facilitating budgetary arrangements during times when practices and technology were not yet allowing it. This method called kakeibo is still popular in Japan.
Kakeibo is asking four basic questions at the beginning of each month.
What is the amount of money you can use?
What is the amount you plan to reserve to accumulate?
How much money do you spend in a month’s time?
How can you improve your budget?
Although it does not ask for much more than an ordinary application asks, it is very common because it is a simple bookkeeping method and it is very useful for planning.
When every month comes to an end, we have to answer the four new questions.
Have you exceeded your monthly budget?
How did you choose a way to save money?
What did you spend the most money on?
What should you change next month?
As a result of these questions and answers being processed on a regular basis, you have a balanced and regular budget plan. In 1904, it was known that Hani Motoko, Japan’s first female journalist, came out to organize women’s budgets. If Fumiko Chiba is a well-known writer, he has published a book titled ‘Kakeibo: The Japanese Art of Saving Money’, which is included in this plan annually. The book is full of designs that will make budget editing fun. It is possible to find it only on the internet, even if it is currently sold in England.
